The Vermont Auto Body Association, Inc. (VABA) is a statewide membership organization comprised of auto repair professionals and suppliers throughout the state of Vermont. Formed in 1999, VABA is a non-profit corporation whose purpose is to create an environment of professionalism, respect, accountability, excellence and enthusiasm for the auto body repair business. VABA believes that support and comradeship build a stronger industry. It is committed to: 

  The continued pursuit of fair and equitable business practices and standards for collision repairers 
  Ongoing consumer advocacy towards safe, environmentally sound, ethical and cost effective collision repair 
  The furtherance of industry training through I-CAR 
  Supporting and encouraging the education of interested youth 
  Political lobbying 
  Building public awareness 
  The cultivation of relationships of understanding, trust and fairness between auto body professionals and insurers
